A little late, but this World Art Day felt truly special.
Grateful for the time spent at Saint-Gobain, not just as a visitor, but as someone who got to witness art living quietly within people. I came across so many employee artworks, different mediums, different interests, but what stayed with me was their consistency in holding on to what they love, alongside everything else they do. We shared a small interactive session, sketching ourselves as elements we feel connected to - a bird, a mountain, a sky, a sunflower.
Simple, but somehow it opened up so much.
Moments like these are deeply shaped by the journeys I carry - learning, unlearning, and building alongside people and spaces that have held me.
With Samyuktha, and the spirit of where art feels like something lived, shared, and felt ❤️🌻
What made it even more meaningful was the space they created, warm, curious, and genuinely interested, In my journey, my thoughts, my becoming.
And in sharing, something felt more real, more grounded.
Some days, art isn’t about creating something new.
It’s about recognising what already exists within and around us.
