started by preparing a simple oats batter using oats, water, salt, oregano, and chaat masala, letting it rest for 10 minutes for the perfect texture. Meanwhile, I made a delicious stuffing using chopped tomato, capsicum, onion, mayonnaise, and spices 🌶️
The stuffing was filled into hollowed capsicum and tomato, then grilled in the microwave for 5–7 minutes until perfectly cooked 🔥
Next, I turned the oats batter into a crispy base (like a dosa) on a pan 🍳, topped it with ketchup, the prepared stuffing, and lots of cheese 🧀. After grilling it again for 5 minutes, the final oats pizza was ready – cheesy, crispy, and super satisfying!
