JD:
Legal Advisory Services for the corporate, litigation Management, corporate business Strategies, drafting and vetting, structuring acquisition merges, Legal due diligence, organization policies & operating procedure for internal guidelines. To assist and update GM-Legal on a day to day basis.
Who can apply :
Should have basic system operating knowledge (Windows only).
Most of work will be on MS Office suite .
Any Graduate or Non Graduate can apply.
Basic English language skill required .
Document handling skill preferable.
Friendly environment.
Salary Detail :
For Female : Can Expect upto 8K per month after probation period 10k.
For Male : Up to 10K (2 Wheeler required – Petrol Allowances available)
