DRIFT is a three-day contemporary dance intensive designed to deepen your connection with your body, energy, and purpose. This immersive experience emphasizes movement from the inside out, fostering presence, sensation, and meaningful expression.
What We’ll Explore:
GRAVITY – Move with gravity to find power, balance, and grounded ease in every gesture.
BREATH – Use breath as your inner metronome and guide — bridging emotion and movement seamlessly.
IMPULSE & MOMENTUM – Let go of control. Follow instinct. Discover how energy flows and propels you naturally.
Who is this for?
Open to all movers and theatre practitioners —trained or untrained, experienced or exploring.
If you’re ready to question, expand, and rediscover your body through movement, DRIFT is your space.
