Triple C Cultural Confederation is a Non Profit company to document and disseminate the Art and Culture of this country.
The 3 C-s are Culture, Cuisine and Customs.
The company presently working on, Foundation Music, Spiritual music and folk art forms.
To support it's ventures, Padmhasini's Pickles are Produced and merchandised.
These pickles, preserves & condiments are predominantly hot and sweet.
Besides regular Chutneys and Podis, or Kuzhambu varieties are also made on demand

A wide variety of Mangoes, Lemons and Chillies are processed besides some rare and hitherto unknown varieties of basic ingredients. The basic crop, the masala ingredients and oils are sourced along the length and breadth of India and abroad.

Her Oothappams are replacement for Pizza. The fermented rice & urad dal is a nice health addition as against the maida bread base. Lot of cheese, vegetable toppping, and Italian spices add colour and attract young and old alike
