Greetings for the day!✨

It has come to our notice that a lot of students are still interested in joining the theatre society and many were unable to attend the first round of auditions and hence on popular request we are back with a redeeming chance to become a part of Sarv Saksham.

Plot exposition that can be gently wound out by the authorial voice and internal monologue of a character in the length of a page has to be delivered in a matter of seconds on the stage. Monologue showcases how strong a character is.
Lockdown has put a pause on our lives restricting us from our practices. To fight boredom our way, we'll be commencing with an online Monologue competition. It's not just a single competition, but an attempt to start something that can bring all the Chandigarh based theatre societies together and pave way for many more competitions ahead.
The interested participants have to prepare a monologue, either self-written or inspired by a movie or play.
Start preparing and stay tuned for details.

On 27th February 2020, Sarv Saksham The Theatre Group performed a Nukkad Natak at Cyanide ( Annual Cultural Fest of SSBUICET, PU) and Ad-Mad at PGGC-11 in which we bagged the 1st and 3rd position respectively. Our Members also participated in stand-up, open mic and individual modelling out of which they won the 1st prize in standup and consolation in modelling. Manikk, a member of our group was also the judge of the group modelling competition.

At Pecfest Chandigarh 2019 Sarv Saksham The Theatre Group performed and won in various Theatrical as well as non theatrical items such as Nukkad Natak,Skit, Mime, Rap Battle, Open mic and Haal-e-dil bayaan(poetry) out of which Mime bagged 1st prize, Skit stood 3rd and got consolation in Poetry
