a. Identify and promote emerging digital creators across the country.
b. Showcase the unique identity of districts through authentic digital storytelling.
c. Encourage youth and citizen participation in documenting local heritage and culture.
d. Promote tourism, handicrafts, folk art, traditions and lesser-known destinations.
e. Develop a vibrant district-level creator ecosystem for nationwide implementation.
