The Culinary Lounge(TCL) is a first of its kind social culinary hub in India. Breaking all moulds of conventional style food, this highly interactive space is designed to make the art of cooking and baking a social and cultural adventure. A place where every food enthusiast from professional
chefs to amateur home cooks can come to showcase their varied styles and expertise and create a unique dining signature each time. Time to move over normal dinners, experiential dining is here to stay!!

100 people. 2 hours. 3 native Telangana ingredients.

For those two hours, work, hierarchy and phones took a back seat, just conversations building over mahua, kokum, mammidikaya and tamarind.

Be it 10 people or 10,000, the eye for detail stays unmatched.

Team MSD, that was a fiery delight.

Turns out the Sanofi team doesn’t need words to bond, just hand them a bottle of champagne, some Kuchipudi beats, and a kitchen full of Nizami spices, and things get real.

There was popping, there was learning, there was some very serious competition over who nailed the flavours better. Somewhere in there, it stopped being about winning and started being about who could roast their teammate’s plating the hardest.

This is what team building looks like at The Culinary Lounge.

An orchestra of French gastronomy meets the dappu beats of Telangana 🌼⚡️

Curated by Chef Michael Swamy and Mugdha Sudhir, whose mastery and expertise shaped every course of the evening — one a storyteller and master of flavour and technique 🇫🇷, the other a researcher with deep knowledge of food traditions from corners of India 🇮🇳 — together bringing Kakatiya’s heritage and French finesse to the same plate.

French cheeses, wines, and techniques such as *en croûte* and *en papillote* sat beside the humble, flavourful Guntur chillies 🌶️, fresh mahua flowers, blooming hibiscus 🌺, and Telangana comforts like curd rice and paan daan.
