✅5 Steps to upgrade your communication skills

1- Be simple and straightforward- Staying on message gives a clarity to the person you are having conversation. It shows you are confidence in what you speak which makes other person have confident in you.

2. Listen Actively- Communication involves listening and speaking between the 2 parties. When you listen actively to the other person, it will give you the idea how to lead the conversation further.

3. Right frame of mind- You cannot be in your wonderland while having conversation. Being actively present in the moment will continuously help both the parties not loose
interest in the conversation.

4. Watch your tone- Now this is something we are taught from our childhood. Talking disrespectfully will only put other person off and can develop a wrong mindset about
you.

5. Body Language- Body Language play a vital role in the whole process of communication. You can say it's the most important among all. Its the first thing someone notice about you and develop a perspective which will go long
way.

अच्छा निबंध कैसे लिखें? 

जीवन के सभी क्षेत्रों में सफल विचार-विमर्श के लिए हमें श्रेष्ठ निबंध लेखन की आवश्वयकता होती है। निबंध‍ किसी भी विषय पर लिखा जा सकता है। आज सामाजिक, आर्थिक, राजनीतिक और वैज्ञानिक विषयों पर निबंध लिखे जा रहे हैं। संसार का हर विषय, हर वस्तु, व्यक्ति एक निबंध का केंद्र हो सकता है।
अच्‍छा निबंध लिखने के प्रमुख नियम इस प्रकार हैं-
1. निबंध लेखन के पूर्व विषय पर विचार कर- 
(अ) निबंध को शीर्षकों (पॉइंट्‍स) में बांट लेना चाहिए।
(ब) इन शीर्षकों को उपशीर्षकों में बांट लेना चाहिए।
(स) अधिक नहीं तो आरंभ, मध्य उपसंहार पर्याप्त है।

 2. भाषा सरल और स्पष्ट होनी चाहिए।
 3. विचारों को क्रमबद्ध रूप से स्पष्ट करना चाहिए।
4. विचारों की पुनरावृत्ति से बचना चाहिए।
 5. लिखने के बाद उसे पढ़िए, उसमें आवश्यक सुधार कीजिए।
 6. भाषा संबंधी त्रुटियां दूर कीजिए।
 7. यदि समय हो तो उसे दुबारा सुंदर सुवाच्य अक्षरों में लिखिए।
8. कोई उपयुक्त कथन याद हो तो उसे यथास्थान जोड़िए।

 याद रखिए 
1. निबंध परीक्षा कॉपी के दो या तीन पेज से अधिक न हो।
 2. पॉइंट वाइज अर्थात शीर्षकों में लिखिए।
 3. शीर्षकों को रेखांकित (अंडरलाइन) करना न भूलिए।
