It encourages Panchayats to adopt simple and effective ways to raise awareness among citizens about timely payment of Property Tax and other local taxes. These contributions directly support better service delivery, creation of public assets, and overall village development – making citizens active partners in the progress of their communities. With the central message “जमा करके कर, बनाईये अपनी पंचायत को आत्मनिर्भर”, the film inspires collective efforts towards strengthening grassroots governance.
