Some venues just get it. Paperflite is one of them. 🖤

This is the third time they have opened their doors to Sofar Chennai — and the second time since our current team took over the chapter. Each time we've been here, it's been in their newest office after yet another expansion.

Watching them grow while they continue to make space for us and for Chennai's independent music community means more than we can say. Thank you, Paperflite.

This is their second time performing live. Would you believe it?! They walked in and absolutely destroyed the room. 🖤

The Dipsh*t Ladies are a comedy music trio who sing about the things we all quietly relate to — everyday life, existential crises, the anxiety of people pleasing, cats, rabies from stray dogs, and the deeply sacred institution of Royal Sandwich

Their set had a dance break. A mid-performance commercial. And actual sandwiches from Royal Sandwich that were, by all accounts, questionable. The room lost it — in the best possible way.
Only their second show ever. We genuinely cannot wait to see where they go. 🎶

He brought FOUR guitarists to one stage. MANGAS has zero chill. 🤩🎸
We caught MANGAS just in time before he leaves the country to study. Of course, he went all out with his act!

All his music, rewritten for an acoustic set, an army of talented Chennai musicians by his side (including his brother), rotating four guitarists through the set!

This set was a masterclass in controlled chaos. 🖤

What started as a two-piece act organically became something much bigger — a full-set band that came together specifically for this one show. And they absolutely filled the room.
