through painting these realistic watercolor florals, while also giving you a space to slow down and breathe. ☕️

I know I’ve been a little quiet here but the past few months have been busy in the best way. 🌿

Teaching kids as young as 4
and also sitting with adults, even 50+.
Watching them reconnect with art in their own way. 🫟

Somewhere in all of this, I was learning too, how to teach without pressure, how to just let people enjoy creating again. 👩‍🎨

It’s been really grounding and honestly a little chaotic also! and now I feel ready to come back to my own self.
To build something that feels more me. 😇

Not sharing much yet
but something is coming in April !

Stay with me on this one ❤️

- Love, Art Brew Craft ✨

Today’s activity was just 10 minutes 🫟

I drew the same tiny V-shaped doodle on every paper…
And then I watched magic happen.✨

Each child saw something completely different.
What was just a simple line to me became stars, characters, birds, stories…🤍

Kids don’t overthink creativity.
They don’t ask, “Is this right?”
They just build around what’s given.

Sometimes all it takes is one small starting point…
And the freedom to explore.

And that’s when the paper comes alive. 🎨✨

January Art roundup
I have been teaching a lot of art, just not been getting time to record, shoot and edit. But here’s a little slice of what Jan looked like as an Art teacher ✨
Physically i felt so tired through it all :) will try to be more active here ❤️
Just know that i miss doing IG lives and talking to you all.
How was January for you? Tell me in the comments?

2025 taught me to move slowly, but courageously.
I started Art Brew Craft, taught my first online art classes, crossed 10k here, left a life & a city that wasn’t for me, and chose a life closer to art, people, and peace.

There were misses too, plans that didn’t happen, so many goals I couldn’t keep up with.
But there was growth, finding my community, workshops, teaching, celebrations and a feeling of hygge running through it all.

I’m proud I left retail life that drained me and finally chose my dream.
I am just a person who is still figuring it out but you have been my biggest supporters, for that i am grateful everyday ✨

This is just the beginning.

Here’s to endings, new beginnings, more art, better health, and showing up—one step at a time 🤍

January to December 🌿
One artwork for each month.
These are some of my favourite pieces from this year, not because they’re perfect, but because they carry my courage, consistency, and choice.

This year, I made more art than I ever have before.
Last November, I quit my job — a decision that felt scary, uncertain, and deeply personal.
2025 became the year I chose art every single day… sometimes with confidence, sometimes with doubt, but always with honesty.

I painted through slow mornings, busy days, self-doubt, joy, and quiet moments.
I finally stepped into a long-time bucket list dream, becoming an art teacher and built a life where art isn’t just something I love, but something I live.

This carousel is a small glimpse of that journey.
A year of showing up.
A year of trusting myself.
A year of choosing art.

Feeling deeply grateful, proud, and grounded as I look back 🤍

Thank you for being here and witnessing this chapter with me.
