What a year it has been.
2025 opened with the end of Season 01 of our viral show, New India Lodge 1950, and the kind of love from Bangalore that wrapped us in warmth and left us on a beautiful 'to be continued' note.
We paused, we breathed, we reset.
And just when we thought it was time to rest, a call from Chef Manu’s team made us pinch ourselves to check if this was real. Turns out, it was serendipity stacking itself into layers, just like a perfect Bebinca.
Between endless recces to Goa, planning production (and a wedding!), and strangers turning into neighbours, colleagues into family, Goa is a Bebinca that found its home in Fontainhas and in the hearts of everyone who walked into Tavern Moxmikar. This year taught us how to build, organise, collaborate, and most importantly, how to lead with connection, creativity, and heart.
We’re grateful for every soul that has been part of paChaak in any way.
Our idea not only works, it also brings people from all walks of life to one table, sharing food, stories, and life itself.
And now, we step into a new year focused, grateful and raring to go!
