Recently, met up with the legendary ace celebrity guitarist Mr Chandrashekhar (Sekhar) at his residence. He has been playing the guitar in the Indian film industry spanning more than 50 years. He has played for hundreds of movies in multiple languages to many legends including Ilayaraja, MSV, RD Burman, Salil Chowdhury, Rajan Nagendra, Hamsalekha and many more. He is also the brother of the late Purushottam (Puru), a great drummer and conductor for Ilayaraja. We exchanged lots of nostalgic things and current industry stuff. The good news is that we are going to collaborate musically and professionally!. I'm also equally excited since we're planning to ring-fence other great artists from the industry and I just can't wait to see them perform my compositions.
