From small beginnings to something truly special ✨

Our Acro Yoga Jam — born from our regular batch classes and alternate Friday sessions — is slowly turning into everything we dreamed of and more. What started as an intention to build an Acro Yoga community in Bangalore, and most importantly bring all Acro lovers together, is now coming to life… bit by bit, person by person 🤍

Every jam, every connection, every shared lift and laugh is shaping this into a space that feels like home. Watching it grow into a real, thriving community has truly been the most beautiful part.

Grateful for each one of you who shows up, trusts, flies, bases, spots, and supports 🌿
This is just the beginning.

If you’ve been wanting to try contemporary, this could be a really lovely place to begin.

We’re hosting a Contemporary Choreography Workshop on Wicked Game by Chris Isaak with at Dhurii.

It’s a beginner-friendly workshop, so you don’t need a big contemporary background to join. We’ll learn a full piece together and spend the evening exploring movement that feels expressive, fluid, and honest to the mood of the song.

We celebrate expression, growth, and togetherness at every opportunity we get, and Melange is one such celebration.

While many of our batches continue to train and evolve, this moment belongs to the journeys that are ready to be shared. Through group pieces, solos, duets, original creations, and works nurtured under the guidance of our teachers, our dancers come together to express everything they’ve discovered along the way.

It’s not just about showcasing performances — it’s about sharing stories, embracing growth, and honoring the transformation that happens through movement.

Melange is a celebration of that journey — of becoming, of belonging, and of dancing it all out, together.

By sharing weight, trust, and movement, we enter a space of deeper connection, playful risk, and embodied presence.

Shared Gravity is a 3-day movement retreat in Goa for those who want to slow down, soften, move, connect, and experience the quiet power of being held — by a practice, by a space, and by a group.

Set amidst the lush monsoons of Goa, this retreat brings together practices that invite support, awareness, play, expression, and rest. Over 3 days, we’ll explore Acro Yoga, Contact Improv, Contemporary Movement, Dynamic Levitation, Somatics and Embodied Awareness, Thai Massage Unwinding, and Site-Specific Exploration.

This is not just about learning skills.
It is about building trust.
Listening through the body.
Exploring support.
Moving with others.
Taking gentle risks.
And rediscovering what it feels like to be fully present, playful, and alive.

Whether you are coming for the movement, the connection, the retreat experience, or simply to step out of your usual routine and into something more nourishing, Shared Gravity is designed as a space where you can both expand and exhale.
