Responsibilities:
Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, managing studio operations, and coordinating events.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the studio, classes, and events.
Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to increase brand awareness.
Coordinate marketing campaigns, including online advertising and email newsletters.
Assist in developing partnerships with local businesses and organizations.
Requirements:
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
Knowledge of dance or interest in the performing arts is a plus.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
