And finally the mandatory collage of the 31 days challenge!!! This is my second time participation and it was fun and great learning experience. Though in between I had some emergency which almost made me stop participating, I am glad that I finally finished it.
The focus this time was value, edge and composition study!!! And as I couldn't meet all my goals, so the study still continues.....

This time of the year again for All I can say is 2023 has been all about tonal study. With more than 100 sketches and drawings in graphite, charcoal and oil painting monochrome, it has been a year of learning.... In mid 2022, I decided to put a hold on doing colors and totally focus on tonal study. But it was in 2023 that I finally understood this element of art thanks to some amazing guidance. I hope that in 2024 I will be able to move forward to studying other elements of art and create more sketches and artworks.
Hope the coming year brings creativity and joy to all of you.
