Courses offered in our "Hip-Hop" department, Pt.2:

• Beat Making - This is an intensive 3 month certification course which covers all aspects of Beat Making specific to the Hip-Hop/RnB genres in the current musical landscape - from working on a DAW and programming drums to writing melodies and sampling.

The course is taught by experienced Beat Makers on industry standard equipment and software and includes 20 modules.

The course also includes collaboration opportunities for all our students with other Rappers, singers and songwriters 🎶

The course is designed to be tailor-made according to each student's interests and inclinations with a strong inclination towards creating songs - both as part of the regular coursework and as the final assignment project.

• Rapping: Flow & Lyricism - This is a intensive 2 month certification crash course which covers all aspects of being a Rapper in the current musical landscape - from flow and individual style to lyricism and branding.

The course is taught by experienced Rappers, with regular workshops being conducted as well. The course includes 5 modules split into a total of 10 sessions.

The course also includes recording and collaboration opportunities for all our students with other singers, songwriters and beat makers 🎶

The course is designed to be tailor-made according to each student's interests and inclinations with a strong inclination towards creating songs - both as part of the regular coursework and as the final assignment project.

• Disc Jockey (DJ) Pro - This is a 3 month certification course which covers all aspects of being a DJ - from beat-matching and song collection to branding and performance.

The course is taught by experienced DJs on industry standard Pioneer equipment. The course includes 20 modules with 2 classes per week, and our students have unlimited access to the DJ studio for practice throughout - and after - the completion of the course!

The course also includes portfolio guidance and internship opportunities for all students where they get to perform at pubs and clubs in the city to hone their craft and make DJ'ing a sustainable side hustle! 🎶

• Contemporary Music Composition & Lyric Writing - We offer weekly composition and lyric writing lessons for students at 3 levels of learning: Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced. This course covers a variety of techniques used by professional songwriters with a goal of students creating their own songs and collaborating.

This course can be taken by musicians, singers, lyricists, writers and even by those who have no prior musical/music theory/instrument playing experience.

For those without prior experience, it is recommended to complete our 2 month long 'Introduction to Songwriting' crash course before they begin the weekly sessions 🎶
