ಕನ್ನಡ ರಾಜ್ಯೋತ್ಸವದ ಅಂಗವಾಗಿ ಶಾಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದ ವೀರರಾಣಿ ಕಿತ್ತೂರು ರಾಣಿ ಚೆನ್ನಮ್ಮ ಹಾಗೂ ಬ್ರಿಟಿಷ್ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿ ಥ್ಯಾಕರೆ ನಡುವೆ ನಡೆದ ಸಂಭಾಷಣೆ ಅದ್ಭುತವಾಗಿ ಮೂಡಿ ಬಂತು ಹಾಗೂ ನನ್ನ ಮಗ ಅಭಿನವ್ ಥ್ಯಾಕರೆಯಾಗಿ ಅಭಿನಯಿಸಿದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ನನಗೆ ಹೆಮ್ಮೆ ಎನಿಸುತ್ತದೆ.
