Dear Sanatana Dharma devotees,
Sri Surabharathi Sanskrit and Cultural Foundation (Surabharathi) was established in 2002 with the divine blessings of Sri Sringeri Jagadguru Sankaracharya Anantha Sri Vibhush*tha Bharathi Tirtha Mahaswamigal. In 2022, in HRBR Layout, Bengaluru, a grand complex was built with a temple for Sri Saradamba, Sri Sankaracharya, and Sri Lakshmi Venkateswara Swamy, an Auditorium, facilities for Veda and Samskrta learning, a dining hall and kitchen and a Guru Niwasa. The inauguration of the complex and the Kumbhabhishekam for the temple was blessed by Sringeri Jagadguru Sri Vidhushekhara Bharathi Sannidhanam.
Sri Surabharathi Sanskrit and Cultural Foundation has been conducting Ati Rudra Mahayaga, Sahasra Chandi, Laksha Modaka Homa, Vasantha Navaratri, Sharan Navaratri, and Chaturveda Parayanana and Maargasheershotsava on an annual basis for several years now. We have also been conducting classes for Vedas and Shastras, Stotras, Ramayana, Mahabharatha and Bhagavatha, These activities have created deep-rooted public consciousness about Sanatana Dharma Sampradaya in society.
Surabharathi will celebrate its silver jubilee in 2027. On this occasion, to further spread the message of Sanatana Dharma, a new initiative is being proposed an ad-free, not-for-profit, 24/7, multilingual satellite TV channel, exclusively on Sanatana Dharma. We are offering this initiative at the lotus feet of Sri Sarada Parameswari. On the inauguration day of Sri Surabharathi TV in Bengaluru, one lakh bhakthas will assemble in one place and chant in one voice, Lalitha Sahasranama, the 1,000 names of the Goddess also called Nama Parayana Preetha
Surabharathi is undertaking this initiative for Loka Kshema, i.e. welfare of the world. We are therefore conducting Nagarasankeerthanam, Sahasrnama Kalike Kendras or learning centres, and Jnana Satras or knowledge platforms in different neighbourhoods of Bengaluru. We request devotees to actively participate in these unique and magnificent programs and obtain the divine blessings of Jaganmatha and Jagadgurus.
We have already commenced registrations for devotees seeking to learn Lalitha Sahasranama and participate in the Mahaabhiyaana. You can scan the QR code to fill the registration form. We will share full details of the Mahabhiyana during Sharan Navaratri. For those who have already filled the registration form, our volunteers will contact you to share further information
I request and urge all devotees to join this grand program with family, friends and well-wishers to collectively strengthen and nurture the roots of Sanatana Dharma.
Regards,
KL Srinivasan
Chairman,
