Why Movement Sutra Lab????

Movement — Because movement is the foundation. It's not just dance; it's how we think, feel, communicate, and exist. Every gesture carries information about the body and mind.

Sutra — The word "Sutra" comes from Sanskrit and means "thread" or "that which connects." It represents principles, wisdom, and the invisible thread linking body, mind, science, and expression. In this class, every movement is connected by awareness.

Lab — A laboratory is a place for exploration, observation, and experimentation. There are no fixed answers here. You test, discover, fail, adapt, and evolve through practice.
So Movement Sutra Lab means:

Join us for a session where you'll discover more than just dance. In one class, you'll begin to understand yourself through movement.

Explore the science behind movement, discover the truth through your own awareness, and express yourself through your body.

Dance is not just a combination of moves—it's a movement meditation. It's a space where you meet yourself, become yourself, and realize that something beautiful is happening through your body. It's a moment to truly live with yourself. ❣️

4-hour immersive session

What you'll experience:
