Before you get into an argument, remember this:

"A bee does not waste its energy trying to convince a fly that honey is better than... something it prefers."

Powerful. Brutal. True.

In professional life, we often waste time trying to convince people who are not ready to understand.

Not everyone values growth.

Not everyone appreciates ethics.

Not everyone sees long-term vision.

And that's okay.

As professionals, our energy is limited.
