A grand and historic beginning was witnessed with the opening of the 1st Ever Nyiko Premier League (NPL) at Nyiko, West Siang District, Arunachal Pradesh.

NO PARKING ZONE INSTALLED
BOGDO AREA – POLICE MITRA INITIATIVE
Effective from: 9 August 2026
For public safety and smooth traffic management, a NO PARKING ZONE has been installed in the Bogdo Area under the Police Mitra Initiative.
All members of the public are requested not to park vehicles in the designated No Parking Zone.

VIOLATION
Any person found violating the No Parking restriction shall be liable to a fine as per applicable Traffic Rules.
The implementation and enforcement of the No Parking Zone shall be under the supervision and control of the Superintendent of Police, Aalo.

APPEAL TO THE PUBLIC
The public is sincerely requested to cooperate and support this initiative for safer roads, better traffic management and public convenience.

TRIBUTE TO A RESPECTED ELDER
It is with deep sorrow that we inform the passing of Late Shri Momar Ado, S/o Late Hormo Ado, of Kombo Raglam Village.
Late Shri Momar Ado was a respected elder, a wise figure, and a source of guidance for the people of the village. His life was marked by humility, wisdom, and dedicated service to the community. His legacy will continue to inspire future generations.

PUBLIC NOTICE | KEEP KOMBO CLEAN & SAFE
Effective from: 7 August 2026
The All Kombo Welfare Development Society (AKWDS) hereby informs all residents and the general public that the following regulations are now in force:

Garbage Dumping Prohibited Dumping garbage anywhere along the Kombo Bili–Nigmoi Bypass area is strictly prohibited. Any person found violating this order shall be liable to a fine of ₹50,000.

Heavy Vehicles Prohibited Entry of heavy vehicles is strictly prohibited on Kombo Bili Road. Any person found violating this order shall be liable to a fine of ₹15,000.
These rules have been implemented to protect public roads, preserve the environment, and maintain cleanliness in our community. We request the cooperation of all residents and visitors in ensuring strict compliance.
These regulations shall take effect from today, 7 August 2026.

Key details
Launched: 2024
Objective: Promote rooftop solar and reduce household electricity bills.
Benefit: Subsidy for installing rooftop solar systems.
Free electricity target: Up to 300 units per month for many households, depending on the size of the system, electricity consumption, and local net-metering rules.
Who can apply:
Indian citizens.
Must own a house with a suitable roof.
Must have a valid electricity connection.
Should not have already received another rooftop solar subsidy for the same installation.
Central subsidy (approximate)
1 kW system: Up to ₹30,000
2 kW system: Up to ₹60,000
3 kW or above: Up to ₹78,000 (maximum central subsidy)
