We aim at creating a platform for showcasing talents of some brilliant creative minds in photography. 11 is a budding initiative whose primary goal is to bring, out of the box ideas and perception of artists through photography.
11(EGARO) is so called because of its motto of

displaying the works of 11 photographers. Our team aims at taking 11 to a next level in the state of
Tripura by organising this photo festival every year,
with the vision of creating something different every
the year that people do hardly get to see. We look forward
to making it a bigger event and perhaps one of the best
photo festivals of India

Photo-essay by Anurab Dhar, founding member of Egaro Photo Festival, published in .magazine . Through sustained engagement and rigorous visual storytelling, Anurab documents Byrnihat, an industrial hub on the Assam–Meghalaya border where unchecked expansion has pushed air, land, and people into a public health crisis. Toxic emissions, contaminated landscapes, and systemic neglect shape everyday life, revealing the human cost of unregulated industrial growth.
