Yes, life is pretty difficult at the moment, but Dance is good for mental health too.

Any form of exercise helps to balance and boost your mental health and sense of contentment. The mixture of focus, fluidity and connection to music are all part of this process in dancing. When we exert ourselves, our brains release endorphins, dopamine and other beneficial chemicals. This process reduces stress, makes us feel happier, improves self-esteem, cognitive function, sociability… the list goes on and on. So . . . . . . .

Heather Gladding, the teacher and principle of Studio LaDanza, has been teaching for over 45 years. Studio LaDanza was established in Central London and moved to Israel in 2016. Heather brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the classes but more importantly a sense of fun and achievement every week.

We start a new session on Tuesday 4th February, classes held at Wizo, Ha-Nasi Street, Zichron Ya'akov.

(4 week mini course costs 400 nis per couple for the entire course, the weekly class is one hour in duration).

So excited to be back teaching Salsa in September

Studio LaDanza specializes in Ballroom and Latin dance, from Beginners through to advanced levels.

Classes are fun, sociable and anyone can learn (even if you think you have two left feet!)

Day - Wednesdays
Dates - 4, 11, 18 and 25th September
Times - Improvers @ 19:45
Complete Beginners @ 20:45
Cost - 200 nis per person
Language - Classes are taught in English

The teacher, Heather Gladding, has been a qualified Ballroom and Latin dance teacher for 45 years. Running a large dance studio in central London from 1984 - 2015.
