In my art, I search for the beauty and meaning which lies in the things that surround us in our daily lives and the joy we can feel from having taken the time to observe and appreciate them. I explore different vantage points, placing emphasis on something unnoticed beforehand. The composition of the frame happens within a second or two. I attempt to capture an instant in my life that will never r

eturn, or that will never be experienced in the same way again, because of the changes in light, weather conditions, seasons, place, or mood, but mostly due to my own conscious awareness that death is inevitable, compelling me to value life, and I intensely desire to preserve the memory of that moment.
