פישקא היתה קהילת חברים, ארגון קהילתי ועמותה רשומה שקידמה יזמות חברתית, חיי קהילה ופעילות רב תרבותית בקרב צעירים דוברי רוסית, בכוונה להעצים את חברי הקהילה וליצור שיח בגובה העיניים בין קהילת דוברי רוסית לבין החברה הישראלית.
הפעילות של העמותה התחילה ב 2007 בתל אביב ובשנת 2017 פישקא סיימה את פעילותה הרשמית.
בוגרי הקהילה ממשיכים לקדם יוזמות חברתיות וקהילתיות משמעותיות ברחבי הארץ.

פרויקטים מעניינים ברוח פישקא, עזרה בקידום יזמויות חברתיות ותרבותיות מענינות ומהווה במה לכל מה שנראה מתאים לחברי הקהילה שלנו.

“Фишка” была сообществом друзей, которые в один прекрасный день основали организацию, цель которой создание площадки, позволяющей Русскоязычной молодежи Израиля участвовать в общинной, культурной и социальной жизни нашей страны.
К сожалению Фишка больше не существует, зато участники нашей комьюнити самостоятельно создают крутые социальные и культурные инициативы.
Эта страничка остается площадкой, на которой мы рассказываем вам о дружественных проектах, интерестных идеях и обо всем том что важно бывшим Фишковцам, тоесть вам!

FISHKA was a community-based organization, enabling its members to become a part of social dynamic life of young Russian-speaking people in Israel. FISHKA provided its active members with knowledge and useful tools for the development of social, cultural and business skills and initiatives. FISHKA’s mission was to maintain and expand a young Russian-speaking community based on the values of creativity, cultural influence, social engagement and involvement, and all this in context of the Jewish heritage and Israeli society. Unfortunatelly, as for now Fishka doesn’t exist, but our community members leading various interesting social and culture initiatives. The purpose of this page is to share these projects with you, as well as any other, which we found as valuable for our community. 10 years ago we hosted Jewlia Eisenberg in Fishka's and בית אבי חי Beit Avi Chai Multi-cultural musical series "Limonchiki". In this full of magic night, in The Secular Yeshiva of BINA הישיבה החילונית של בינה, Jewlia presented her Bowls project and discussed the life of Jewish women lived 2000 years ago with Ruhama Weiss and Assia Istoshina.

It was a joy knowing you, dear Jewlia - an extraordinary human, powerful and inspiring woman, a super talented, one of a kind musician. Thank you for sharing your light with us, we will always remember you. RIP.

💥היום בבוקר הטלפון שלי צלצל ודיבר איתי בחור היה אחראי על אחד המועדונים (הטלפון שלי במקרה נשאר אצלו) 🎈😇

💕הוא סיפר שהוא הודהם מהתערוכה שעשינו 🥇🏆בצפת מהצילומים שהקשישים עשו ורוצה לעשות את זה שוב אבל במקום אחר. 💥💥

היה כיף לשמוע שעשינו משהו שחרט בלבם של האנשים. תודה לכל מתנדבי הפרויקט!!!💐💐💐

מתנדבי הפרויקט "ארט אוף טיים" מכינים את חלל היכל התרבות על שם יגאל אלון בצפת לקראת התערוכה "הייתי ויש" - תערוכת עבודות הצילום של קשישי בית האבות נוף צפת בהנחייתו של מתנדב - צלם גנדי פונר. מחר זה קורה!!!
