For the past 4.5 years, that were so life-changing and central, Adi Shahar has been my assistant. Today she’s setting out on a new, independent path!

Adi is brilliant in so many ways: a truly gifted artist, a musician, a ceramic sculpture teacher—and such a good friend.
Thank you for being by my side, for bringing your sharp eye and mind, your gifted hands and your generous words into the studio. It’s been full of love, enriching and so much fun ❤️

The exhibition “In the End There Was a Doorway” has ended. It was a special project, built out of an unplanned movement that erupted in the studio and, almost on its own momentum, became an exhibition. Nothing that happened this year was a given. I could not have done any of it alone, and I am lucky to have around me ripples of wise, truth speaking, loving people.
A huge thank you to Braverman Gallery, Adi, Yaffa, and Sagie, for remarkable support throughout 2025. I presented two exhibitions, and I deeply appreciate the trust, time, and accompaniment.
Thank you to Adi Shahar, talented and brilliant, who works with me and helps me bring my dreams and thoughts to life.
Thank you to Avigail Tadmor, the queen, always by my side, with hawk eyes and a wide heart. Never afraid to tell the truth, and to show up with help exactly when it is needed.
Thank you to loving, cool and so sharp Liat Elkayam, who generously shares her wisdom, enriches me, and teaches me. She edited the text for my previous exhibition, and thanks to her everything has beautiful names.
Thank you to Tal Nisim, incredibly talented, who filmed the exhibition video and also photographed the raw materials for the wall work.

Who am I without my mom, Gur, and Saar, always with me ❤️ I love you so much.
It was such a joy to build an exhibition and show alongside my brilliant friend Reuven Israel. I hope more projects will open up for us together.

המוטיבציה מאחורי ״בסוף היה פתח״ הייתה לאפשר הצצה לתוך מערכת שעדיין לא נסגרה. זו אינה “תערוכה” במובן הסגור, אלא עצירה זמנית בתוך תנועה ארוכה יותר, שבה אפשר לראות עקבות של מה שקדם ורמזים למה שעוד יבוא.
אני רוצה לשתף אתכם איך כל זה נבנה בחודשים האחרונים בסטודיו. דרך העבודה שלי היא יצירה של סביבות: אני עובדת על הכול במקביל, ומתוך היחסים בין הפרטים אני מבינה כל אחד מהם. כל כמה ימים שיניתי את המרחב – הוספתי בלוק חרוט, כד, שרשרת, הדפס קיר – וכל תזוזה שינתה את האיזון, והחדר סודר מחדש שוב ושוב, כמו תרגיל מתמשך בהרכבה ופירוק.

‏The motivation behind “At the End There Was a Doorway ” was to let a glimpse into a system that is still open. It isn’t an “exhibition” in the fixed sense, but a temporary pause within a longer movement, where you can see traces of what came before and hints of what is still to come.

‏I’d like to share how all this has been built in the studio over the past few months. My way of working is through environments: I work on everything simultaneously, and it’s through the relations between the elements that I begin to understand each one. Every few days I changed the space – adding a carved block, a vessel, a chain, a wall print – and each shift altered the balance, so the room had rearranged again and again, like an ongoing exercise in assembling and dismantling.

I’ve been meaning to share the making of To Shulamit, As Promised, With Love. Waiting for the right moment, but that may take a while.. So, here’s Part 1—the beginning, from the very first sketch. I moved between the works, shifting focus from one to the next, back and forth until they present themselves self to me.
All of the work was made in my studio with my beloved assistant Adi Shachar.

התערוכה שלי, ״לשולמית, כהבטחתי, באהבה״, בגלריה ברוורמן, הסתיימה, היו חודשיים מדהימים. תודה גדולה לכל מי שביקר, התעניין, הרים, התרגש וריגש.
תודה לבית שבלעדיו כל זה לא היה קורה – גלריה ברוורמן. תודה לעדי וליפה – על האומץ לקחת סיכונים ולצאת למחוזות חדשים, ולשגיא – על ההשקעה, התפעול ותשומת הלב.
תודה ענקית ליד ימיני, עדי שחר – זו כבר התערוכה השלישית שאת איתי, נדמה לי שאת מכירה אותי יותר טוב מעצמי.
תודה לכל האנשים הגאונים, הנדיבים, החדים והמצחיקים שלצידי – שעזרו לי ברמות ובלעדיכם אני פחות: אביגיל טלמור, ליאת אלקיים, יפעה חזות, דליה סיאני, יהל ורמי נבו, בת שבע אברון, יסמין בקר, ציפה אמא שלי המלכה, גורי ילד קסם וסער אהוב שלי.
My exhibition, “To Shulamit, As Promised, With Love,” at Braverman Gallery has come to a closeת It’s been an incredible two months. Deep thanks to everyone who showed up, stayed curious, asked questions, and made it all feel alive.
Thank you to the home without which none of this would have been possible – Braverman Gallery. To Adi and Yaffa – for the courage to take risks and step into new territories,
and to Sagi – for the dedication, care, and attention to every detail.
Endless thanks to my right hand, Adi Shachar – our third exhibition together. Sometimes I think you know me better than I know myself.
And deep gratitude to the brilliant, generous, sharp, and funny people by my side – who lifted me endlessly and without whom I would simply be less:
