𝐀 𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐥𝐲 𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧!

Yesterday, we had the privilege of taking part in a highly successful event initiated and led by the Embassy of Japan in Israel, focused on strengthening technological cooperation between Israel and Japan. We were proud to join this important initiative and to welcome a remarkably large and international audience, including Japanese participants who traveled especially to attend.

The event featured inspiring opening remarks, including from H.E. Ambassador Arai and Noa Asher, Chairperson of the Israel-Japan Chamber of Commerce, setting the tone for a day of meaningful dialogue, innovation, and partnership.

Throughout the day, participants enjoyed fascinating keynotes and engaging panel discussions on cybersecurity, AI, medical innovation, and the Israeli tech ecosystem-highlighting Israel’s role as a global innovation hub and the immense potential for collaboration with Japan.

Our sincere thanks to the Embassy of Japan in Israel | שגרירות יפן בישראל for leading this important initiative, and to Herzog Fox & Neeman for their generous hospitality.

We were excited to see the great interest and high participation at the Japan-focused side event during the Cybertech!

The event focused on cybersecurity opportunities in Japan while highlighting strategies for successful collaboration between Israeli and Japanese organizations.

Among the speakers were Noa Asher, our new Chairperson, Gilad Majerowicz, outgoing Chairman, and Elchanah Harel, Board Member. They shared insights on key trends and opportunities in the field, as well as strategies for building successful partnerships.

It was inspiring to see so many engaged participants. Looking forward to more collaborations ahead!

We had the opportunity to host Daniel Kolbar for our traditional year-end meeting with our members.

Daniel shared valuable insights into the business landscape in Japan, followed by an open and engaging discussion where members shared their experiences, asked questions, and exchanged perspectives.

A big thank you to Daniel and to everyone who joined us for such a meaningful and enriching gathering, it was a wonderful way to wrap up the year with our business community!

קיימנו אתמול את המפגש השני והמוצלח של פורום הסחר והתעשייה של לשכת המסחר ישראל–יפן, בשיתוף עם התאחדות התעשיינים.

שמענו על אתגרי השילוח של סחורות ליפן וממנה, על דרכים לפיתוח שווקים חדשים וכניסה לשוק היפני, את סיפורה של רשת יפנית גלובלית הפותחת מסעדה בתל אביב ועל התוכנית של משרד הכלכלה המסייעת ליצואנים.

סיימנו את המפגש עם פאנל מומחים שיעץ לחברה ישראלית בלייב על כניסה לשוק היפני עם תובנות מעשיות וערך אמיתי למשתתפים.

תודה להתאחדות התעשיינים על האירוח ועל שיתוף הפעולה, תודה לדוברים ולכל המשתתפים.

התכנסנו אתמול להרמת כוסית לשנה החדשה יחד עם שגריר יפן, חברי הלשכה ושותפינו היקרים.
זו הייתה הזדמנות נהדרת לפתוח את השנה ברוח של שיתופי פעולה, חיבורים חדשים ותקווה להמשך חיזוק והעמקת הקשרים העסקיים בין ישראל ליפן.
תודה גדולה לאיזקאיה היפנית Kimuraya על האירוח החם, האוכל היפני המיוחד והסאקה המשובח, שתרמו לאווירה היפנית האותנטית והפכו את הערב למיוחד עוד יותר.
תודה לכל מי שהגיע! שמחנו לראות אתכם ולחגוג יחד את תחילתה של שנה חדשה.
