I love bats🤩 i photograph them all most everyday. I appreciate the love for them, but i would appreciate people following minimum honor and respect thored me and other photographers work by giving us a proper credit to our work if not asking before you post something. You really have to appreciate bats, its a unique flying mammal with about 1,400 species. different diets and environments. The Egyptian fruit bats I document flying during the day coexist in the urban center of Tel Aviv is the most fascinating and rewarding experience.
*These photos were taken in the last couple of weeks in different locations all in a 10 minute walking distance from my apartment.
There are lots of researchers and biologists and bat conservation, advocates, rescuers you can learn and help just look it up

Having fun with the sweet bombax fruit nectar 🌺
The last week was lots of fun under the trees, four different bats came during the day and sometimes i had three flying together. My neck didn’t appreciate it as i did🤦🏻‍♂️🤣

Last Wednesday was an emotional day. I got a call from a friend of a friend that he found a fallen pup in a small puddle under his house. I text my friends in the Israeli bat sanctuary and rushed over there. As I reached the place, I saw the mother going down the puddle, hugging the pup, and trying to turn him so he could hang to her. I was relieved for exactly 2 sec when a big cat suddenly tried to jump her. I stopped him, but she flew off without the pup. Cats were surrounding the pup, so we had to pick him up, and we tried for about an hour to connect them on high ground. It didn’t help that there was a bus stop, people, cats, dogs, crows, and jays. In the end, we couldn’t connect them🥺, and the sweet pup went to the sanctuary❤️🙌🏼. The Israeli Bat Sanctuary
