In this masterclass, we’ll dive deep into the essential details for both flyers and bases. We will cover key aspects such as body positioning, fundamentals, shoulder stands, tempos, staff work, podschekas, and much more—tailored to each participant’s level. Throughout the class, we’ll prioritize proper spotting, safety lines, and the use of mattresses to ensure a safe and effective practice.
