Natan’s Bar Mitzvah Weekend.

What a weekend! Starting with a fun pool party, followed by Shabbat, setup, organizing the meals, coordinating all the details, and making sure everything ran smoothly so the family could actually enjoy their celebration.

This is exactly what I love about event planning. It’s not only about making everything look beautiful — it’s about taking care of all those moving pieces behind the scenes so the family doesn’t have to.

And getting such a wonderful recommendation afterward makes it even more special. 🥰

Such a fun Bat Mitzvah to be part of! 💕

For this one, the client had already found some great vendors, and I came in to help bring all the pieces together — working with her ideas, coordinating the details, and helping turn the garden into a fun, relaxed dance party for Tamar and her friends.

Beautiful flowers, great food, music, dancing, sweet personal touches, and a gorgeous garden setting made it all come together. 🌟

I love that event planning doesn’t have to be all-or-nothing. Sometimes you need someone to plan everything, and sometimes you’ve already started and just need help pulling it all together. I’m happy to work with you wherever you are in the process.

A Bar Mitzvah filled with meaning, celebration,
and heart.

It was a pleasure setting up and organizing this special Bar Mitzvah celebration — from the Shabbat experience to the party itself, making sure every detail came together beautifully.

One of our favorite parts was creating a special station where guests could write personal messages and prepare care packages for our soldiers. 🇮🇱❤️
It was so meaningful to see family and friends come together not only to celebrate this incredible milestone, but also to take a moment to give back and show appreciation to those protecting us.

From the delicious food and beautiful setup to the fun, the laughter, and the moments that truly matter — this was a celebration to remember!

A Bar Mitzvah isn't just about one day. It's about creating memories, celebrating family, and giving that celebration a little more meaning. ❤️

This Bat Mitzvah was extra special because it wasn't just an event I organized—it was one I created together with my beautiful niece from America. 💕

We took a simple shul and transformed it into a beautiful, warm mini hall. With a soft blush and pearl theme, every detail was thoughtfully planned to create an elegant and inviting space that felt both special and heimish.

Together we decided on:
✨ A fun Photo Booth where guests took home photo strip keepsakes.
💕 A "Write a Bracha" station filled with heartfelt blessings she'll treasure forever.
🍹 A Shirley Temple Bar that was a huge hit.
🪵 A woodworking activity where everyone created something meaningful to take home.

📸 One of my favorite touches was creating a shared Google Photos album so every guest could upload the photos and videos they took throughout the day. Instead of memories being scattered across everyone's phones, we now have one beautiful collection that captures the celebration from every perspective.

Watching the room fill with family, friends, laughter, and simcha reminded me that you don't need a grand ballroom to create something unforgettable. With creativity, thoughtful details, and lots of love, you can transform any space into something magical.

Hearing Leeba Gittel say she wished the night wouldn't end reminded me why I love what I do. It's never just about the decorations—it's about creating moments and memories that families will cherish forever. 💗

2 weeks before this Bar Mitzvah I got the call...Help! 😅😳

With all the craziness going on and uncertainty this mom and dad needed had almost nothing planned. We got down to business right away and had everything done within a week! Not only did everything get done - it was a beautiful, special weekend/Shabbat!

One of the main goals when I work with clients is to help bring their visions to life! That means listening and enhancing the look they want for their simcha. I'm there to take the pressure off and allow them to enjoy their special time. This family had a beautiful idea of inviting some friends to join them an hour before shabbat for some snacks and a L'chaim before davening in their yard.

We set up an intimate meal for the family in shul with a cool color scheme and all the little details that brought everything together! Seudath Shlish*t was the main event for Shabbat with friends and family gathering to celebrate the Bar Mitzvah boy and his family, I wish we had pictures! We set up the tables beautifully and added a small bar area with sangria, gin and tonic and w**e.

Was such a wonderful Shabbat and I am so thankful I could help this amazing family! Mazal Tov!

Better late then never!

It's been a crazy time and right before the five weeks we had of shut down we were able to celebrate this Bar Mitzvah boys weekend from Shabbat through the party - it was so much fun! This family collected all the decor, and designed everything from their tradition of making a lego picture to the cool soccer Centerpieces!

I was honored to help bring their ideas to life and make sure everything went smoothly! The party was at popular kids club and I was there to make sure the adults also had a good time! (And a stocked bar) 🤣.

Absolutely loved helping this family organize their Shabbat Bar Mitzvah! Months of planning came together beautifully. This family honored our fallen heros, from the siddurim to the b**r to the flowers- all were in honor of a fallen soldier, it was beautiful and so meaningful. The guests walked in for Shabbat davening and their meal with everything ready for a special family and friend filled Shabbat!

When your mom has a gorgeous office...You can turn it into a beautiful space for a Bat Mitzvah kids party! We transformed this stunning office space into a beautiful, spa themed party space decorated with gems, candles and flowers.
The girls loved packing their own spa bags with lip balm, bath balm, moisturizers, mirrors and decorating their own eye masks to go in their bags as well! A perfect takeaway and activity in one!
