The everyday clothing is something that makes it possible, going into the world, take a piece of home comfort with you. Felt, wool, silk, fibers, yarns, dyes are the things that really make my day. My passion for the amazing technique of felting woke up about seven years ago. Once I’ve discovered this fabric, I was drawn to its versatility and unlimited creative potential. I loved its softness and
pliability combined with strength, its organic nature, the miracle of its creation. I was amazed at the incredible freedom it allows to your creative process. To be honest, I still wonder like a child how you get strong yet soft and lovely fabric by combining single fibers. I like to wear clothes made of felt. Living in Israel, I had to adapt this fabric to our warm climate. While creating garments and scarves made of felt I mostly use very fine and soft wool, silk fabrics and fibers. I create warm winter clothing as well as summer wear - light and flying, giving one a feeling of comfort even in the heat. In my work I am inspired by the principle: each thing created for a man should be

In addition to clothing and accessories, I make things for home decor – such as pillows and cushions for chairs and armchairs - as well as upholstering old furniture. It gives me great pleasure to turn an old wooden frame into a new piece of furniture - beautiful and stylish. Creating unique things out of the ordinary ones. Recently I realized that I am ready to share my knowledge and skills, and most importantly - my passion for creative work - with other people. This led me to opening my own studio where I give people an opportunity to fulfill their fantasies in felt, using color, texture and movement of the fabric. The importance of my work as an instructor is to unlock creativity of each student and wake his or her belief in their ability to be creators. And what is more – giving them confidence in finding the means for self-expression and creativity. Oh, I almost forgot the main thing! It's fun! I often see how beautiful and comfortable things - that please the eye and warm the soul - add joy to the lives of people who wear them and those around them. I think these things remind us of life and its eternal beauty, wonders of the world, a tender smile, a gentle touch. I am very happy that I have the opportunity to create such beauty and share it with you.
