The story about “I SEE YOU” exhibition by ArtNeuroVerse Bienniale at .space unbelievable indeed. We prepared this exhibition about a half a year and was so happy to open it 11.01. But after only one day of work we had to close the show because of some technical issues of the venue. We couldn’t believe in a such a bad lack, but a lot of colleagues supported us and soon the new beautiful place and dates of this exhibition will be announced. After all we are very grateful for the opportunity to open “I SEE YOU” at SVIVA Gallery and now the catalog with documentation is almost ready for printing. We want to say a huge thanks to all professional volunteers who supported this project. It was a hard and great work!

Vitas Dijokas , a Latvian-born Israeli artist, the I SEE YOU exhibition participant in Tel Aviv, which will soon be reopened.
The artist’s works are made in abstract expressionism style characterized by intense colors, Basquiat-inspired symbolism and multilingual typography.
Vitas started his artistic career in pandemic 2020, having been a finance professional with the 23 years’ experience by then. Painting was one of the things his therapist encouraged him to do while struggling with emotional challenges.
“Most of my works are created as part of my daily routines at my home, which is also my art studio. My actual process of painting is a part of coping (downs) and celebrating (ups) in my never-ending mood cycles”.
”The creation of paintings is a very natural and easy process for me. It gives me even physical pleasure to smear paints, to draw, to write down the words and phrases that are circling in my head, and to try new materials and techniques. While painting and after I often feel lightness and satisfaction …instead of spending time worrying or being mad, I outpour those feelings and thoughts and free myself from them”.

We invite you to the final show of the exhibition “I SEE YOU” at TaLis Gallery Jerusalem 6.02 18:00-21:00.

In the closing program:

18:00-20:30 -Art laboratory of free creativity to create devices for far and near vision of each other TaLis Gallery artists
19:00 - curatorial tour with Katya Finkelstein (Russian/English)
19:30 mini-lecture about starting an art career at an early age and the possibilities of the ArtNeuroVerse Biennale project

The exhibition presents works of various genres by young talented authors with autism and other neurodifferences. Come be inspired and get acquainted with the unique stories of artists and their art. Also there is possibly to buy art and support artists and their families.

Hadas Udel is the artist whose works you can enjoy at the exhibition “I SEE YOU” in TaLis Gallery Jerusalem is one of the youngest participants. She is only 6 y.o. However her abstract paintings, vibrant and colorful, don’t look childish at all. Composition, tonal transitions, contrasts, colour combinations – her paintings demonstrate great talent and artistic sense.
Her mom writes “Hadas has been vigorously mixing paints since she was 1 year old. At the moment (6 years) she works in two techniques: liquid acrylic and felt-tip pens”. We hope this exhibition will be the good start for the young artist’s career.

Friends! We are raising funds to publish a catalog for the children’s and adult exhibition “I SEE YOU” from the ArtNeuroVerse Biennale, a project to support artists with autism and other neurodifferences. To create the catalog, they are already working on a volunteer basis: editors, a designer, translators and an information collection coordinator.

For each artist, the catalog is an important document of the professional representation of his art, which we would like to present to participants. This is a historical document about the first exhibition of the ArtNeuroVerse Biennale project, thanks to which the memory of the unique art collected for the exhibition and the history of its authors will be preserved. We will be grateful if you support us!

In the color edition of the catalog you will find photographs of the works and exhibitions, biographies of the authors, descriptions of the works, curatorial commentary and the history of the creation of the project in English and Hebrew.

How you can help:
