The Official Inauguration of the IGF Israel Branch
It is with great pleasure and a profound sense of accomplishment that we officially inaugurated the Israeli branch of the International Global Federation of Culture (IGF Israel), in the distinguished presence of representatives of diplomatic missions, as well as prominent local and international artists representing the fields of dance, theatre, music, literature, and visual arts.
The local branch constitutes a comprehensive multidisciplinary cultural center, featuring an outdoor courtyard and performance stage with a capacity of approximately 500 guests; a fully equipped hall designated for conferences, cultural activities, and rehearsals; a professional recording and music-production studio; and, by virtue of our institutional standing and an eight-year contractual agreement, a dedicated legal office that will exclusively handle the full range of legal matters pertaining to the branch and its activities.
The center, including its performance venue, facilities, and offices, is open to every local artist seeking to engage in cultural initiatives, collaborations, and professional exchanges both in Israel and internationally.
The branch further incorporates a dedicated exhibition gallery featuring rotating displays; a venue for poetry and literary evenings; rehearsal rooms for dancers, actors, and musicians; and a comprehensive professional infrastructure maintained in accordance with European standards—all operating under the auspices and patronage of the International Global Federation of Culture.
We extend our sincere gratitude to everyone who took part in this significant occasion, including representatives of IGF federations from Europe, Latin America, Asia, and Africa.
Our special appreciation goes to President Prof. Dorel Kozma, to Acting President Mr. Charlie Nicholas, and, of course, to the Head of the Isfiya Local Council, Mr. Munib Saba, for their support and valued presence.
This inauguration marks not merely the establishment of a new cultural branch, but the creation of a platform dedicated to artistic excellence, international cultural dialogue, and meaningful cooperation among artists and cultural institutions across borders.
בשעה טובה חנכנו רשמית את סניף איחוד התרבות העולמי IGF ישראל במעמד נציגי שגריריות, אומנים מקומים ועולמיים מתחום המחול , התיאטרון, המוסיקה הספרות , והאומנות הפלסטית. הסניף המקומי כולל חצר ובמת מופעים לכ- 500 נפש / אולם פעילות כנסים וחזרות / אולפן הקלטות ועיבודים מקצועי / ומכוח מעמדינו האישי וחוזה ל 8 שנים לשכה משפטית שתטפל בכל הסוגיות המשפטיות באופן בלעדי לכל האיחוד .
במרכז חלל אולם,חצר ובמה למופעים והמשרדים פתוחים בפני כל אומן מקומי החפץ לחבור לפעילות ושיתופים בארץ ובחו"ל , גלריה למוצגים ולתערוכה משתנה - אולם לערבי שירה וספרות חדרי חזרות לרקדנים, לשחקנים ולמוסיקאיים ומעטפה מושלמת בסטאנדרט אירופאי- הכל תחת חסות איגוד התרבות העולמי .
מודים לכל מי שהשתתף בחניכה לפדרציות ה אי גי אפ מאירופה ונצגיגיהם מיבשות אירופה אמריקה הלטינית מאסיה ומאפריקה. תודה מיוחדת לנשיא פרופ דורל קוזמה, לממלא המקום מר צארליטי ניקולאס וכמובן לראש המועצה המקומית עספיא מר מוניב סאבא.
الافتتاح الرسمي لفرع الاتحاد العالمي للثقافة IGF المحلي
بكل فخر واعتزاز، وبمناسبة طيبة وميمونة، قمنا رسميًا بتدشين فرع الاتحاد العالمي للثقافة (IGF )، وذلك بحضور كريم ومميز لممثلي عدد من السفارات والبعثات الدبلوماسية، إلى جانب نخبة من الفنانين المحليين والدوليين في مجالات الرقص والمسرح والموسيقى والأدب والفنون التشكيلية.
يضم الفرع المحلي مركزًا ثقافيًا متعدد المجالات، يشمل ساحة خارجية ومنصة للعروض الفنية تتسع لنحو 500 شخص، وقاعة مجهزة للأنشطة الثقافية والمؤتمرات والبروفات، بالإضافة إلى استوديو احترافي للتسجيل والإنتاج والمعالجة الموسيقية.
كما يضم الفرع، استنادًا إلى مكانتنا المؤسسية وبموجب عقد يمتد لمدة ثماني سنوات، مكتبًا قانونيًا متخصصًا يتولى بصورة حصرية معالجة ومتابعة مختلف القضايا والمسائل القانونية المتعلقة بالاتحاد اجمع وبشكل حصري .
إن المركز، بما يشمله من مساحات للعروض الفنية ومكاتب ومرافق، مفتوح أمام كل فنان محلي يرغب في الانضمام إلى الأنشطة الثقافية والفنية، وإقامة الشراكات والتعاونات وتبادل الخبرات داخل البلاد وعلى المستوى الدولي.
ويضم المركز كذلك غاليري مخصصًا للمعارض الفنية المتجددة، وقاعة مهيأة لإقامة الأمسيات الشعرية والأدبية، وغرفًا مخصصة للتدريبات والبروفات للراقصين والممثلين والموسيقيين، إلى جانب منظومة متكاملة من الخدمات والمرافق المهنية التي تعمل وفق معايير أوروبية، وكل ذلك تحت رعاية وإشراف الاتحاد العالمي للثقافة.
نتوجه بجزيل الشكر والتقدير إلى جميع من شاركوا في هذه المناسبة المميزة، وإلى ممثلي اامنظمات الدولية لل IGF من مختلف أنحاء أوروبا وأمريكا اللاتينية وآسيا وأفريقيا.
ونخص بالشكر والتقدير الرئيس البروفيسور دوريل كوزما، والقائم بأعمال الرئيس السيد شارليتي نيكولاس، وبالطبع رئيس المجلس المحلي في عسفيا، السيد منيب صعبا، على حضورهم ودعمهم الكريم.
إن تدشين هذا الفرع لا يمثل مجرد افتتاح مؤسسة ثقافية جديدة، وإنما يشكل انطلاقة لمنصة متكاملة تهدف إلى تعزيز التميز الفني، وترسيخ الحوار الثقافي العالمي ، وفتح آفاق جديدة للتعاون والشراكة بين الفنانين والمؤسسات الثقافية داخل البلاد وعلى المستوى العالمي.
