Youghal Musical Society Youghal Musical Society came about following the success of a community event, the Blessed Dominic Collins Pageant in 1992. New members are always welcome.

We are a voluntary organization and are very proud of our long theatrical traditions.

It is with great sadness that we mark the passing of Geraldine McGowan, a much-loved member of our musical society for many years.

Geraldine brought so much warmth and talent to our stage, as Aunt Eller in Oklahoma! and Fruma-Sarah in Fiddler on the Roof, to name just a few.

Our thoughts and prayers are with her family at this time.

Congratulations Paul 🎉🍾

We are delighted to share the news that Paul Finn has been nominated for “Best Actor” by the Association of Irish Musical Societies for his outstanding performance as “Tevye” in YMS’s “Fiddler on the Roof”🎻

We were honoured to have such a talent grace our stage and are delighted to see Paul get the recognition he deserves for his stellar performance🎭
