Kilmore Fun Fitness Kilmore FUN Fitness is a community who take part in Dance for Weight-loss. With a mix of Aerobics, hip hop and Pound Fitness. And boy can these girls dance!!

I'm a fully Qualified ,Insured and Registered Instructor and IMRO Certified We hold our classes under Disco lighting and UV lights to give our girls more confidence to let loose if they feel self conscious dancing in front of other people.

Closing the book doesn't always mean the end of the story!

The time has come to announce the closure of my business. Rising costs make it impossible to continue.

Running this business was a labour of love for me and it never felt like work but the annual running costs are crazy!! For those who don't know there's so many fees ie Public Liability Insurance, PPI (public performance for royalties to artists) IMRO (Irish Music and radio organisation) Monthly Pound fitness, Spotify, Rent the list goes on ... Although kilmore hall charges very little and I was always grateful to Mary for looking after us so well. The hours behind the scenes writing choreography all 138 different routines and the practicing in my kitchen (I loved every minute of it)

In the 9 years in kilmore we created a lifetime of memories, weve had babies and we lost a very special warrior who touched the very soul of every member but most of all we supported each other.

From the bottom of my heart KILMORE THANK YOU!! Thank you for keeping me out of prison when times got rough for me, thank you for allowing me to express my love and passion for dance but most of all thank you for making our little class the success that it was and supporting my dream!

Soooooo weather you only came to class once or my day one girls or even the girl who turned up a week early 🤭 I would love to see you this Thursday for our final dance.

Rest easy Nicky a true gent and an extreme master of his craft and will be sorely missed by all

Girls so sorry for the short notice. I have to cancel class. I can't get my speaker to work, you can't dance without music and I can't sing for Sh*t.

I'll have a replacement for next Thursday
