Hi everyone! Sinéad here. Do you want to get fit, burn calories & have some fun along the way?

I'm delighted to let you know I'll be running a Dancefit Class for adults starting on September 3rd at 7.30pm in the Band Hall, Stradavoher Road, Thurles.

Join me for a fun hour of dancing (all kinds!) & suitable for all levels of fitness!

Hi All..l just want to say a massive thanks to everyone for their support last Friday and the last couple of days. As you can see from the photo I presented Suir Haven the sum of €5,522.11. I was thrilled to give it to such a worthy cause to help in some small way towards the fantastic services they provide, so thank you again to everyone who helped with donations. Also to anyone who gave spot prizes or helped out in any way on the day, I really appreciate it. Finally I want to say thank you to everyone especially the parents for your support throughout all my years dancing with the kids, thank you for your gifts, flowers, wine, sweets, vouchers etc, you are all so kind and generous to me. I am going to miss meeting you all and even more so all your beautiful kids😞. Each child has a special place in my heart and I treat them like they were my own. I hope they won't forget me because I will always remember them ❤️ I hope you will all keep in touch and let me know how they are all getting on. Please encourage them to stay dancing, you all know how good and fantastic it is for exercise and health as well as being great fun. I look forward to seeing everyone in my adult classes in the future....STAY SMILING KEEP DANCING 💃❤️ love Sinead ###

Only 3 days to go for our Fundraiser for Suir Haven and the Last Dance with Sinéad. We would love to see as many there as possible including all my past pupils who l taught over the last 30years.
