We have only gone and been selected as a FINALIST for Dance Studio/School of the Year – Munster at the Dance Awards Ireland 2026! 🥹❤️

To say we are delighted is an understatement! We are absolutely thrilled, shocked, excited and probably a little bit emotional about it all! 🥹😂

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who took the time to nominate The Dancer’s Academy of Performing Arts. I didn't expect it! It genuinely means the world to us. ❤️

And a massive thank you to for recognising our little dance school and the contribution we are making to dance in Ireland. 🇮🇪💃

From our classes, shows and competitions to all the wonderful dancers, teachers and families who make DAPA what it is — this one is for all of you! 🥰

💃 About Our Showbiz Classes 🎭

Step into the spotlight with our exciting Showbiz Theatre Classes at The Dancer's Academy of Performing Arts (DAPA)! ✨

Our Showbiz programme is perfect for children who love to dance 💃, act 🎭, sing 🎤 and perform 🌟 in a fun, supportive and confidence-building environment.

Students explore a variety of dance styles including Lyrical 🤍, Jazz 🎷, Modern ⭐ and Contemporary 🌊, while also developing their acting skills through Drama 🎭 and performing in Musical Theatre 🎤🎬. Every class is packed with creativity 🎨, imagination 💫, teamwork 🤝 and exciting performance opportunities that help children grow both on and off the stage.

Throughout the year, students have the chance to perform in exciting stage shows 🎭✨, giving them the opportunity to showcase their talents, build confidence and experience the thrill of performing in front of an audience.

For those who wish to gain recognised qualifications, students can also work towards examinations with the Irish Board of Speech & Drama 📜🎭 and the Irish Board of Dance Performance 💃🏅, celebrating their progress and achievements every step of the way.

Whether your child dreams of performing in the spotlight ✨ or simply wants to make new friends 🩷, build confidence 💖 and have lots of fun 😄, our Showbiz classes are the perfect place to shine!
