🎬 Expressions of Interest: Ronin Course for Camera Assistants
The Ronin gimbal has become one of the most frequently requested camera-support tools on Irish sets — a cost-effective way to get dynamic, high-quality movement that once needed far bigger, more expensive rigs. But getting the best from it depends on camera assistants who understand both the kit and the workflow around it.
That's what this proposed course would be built for. Over two hands-on days, working 2nd and 1st Assistant Camera crew would learn to build, balance and troubleshoot gimbal systems, and to support the camera team confidently from the moment the gear comes out.
