✨ Speaker Spotlight: Ross & Marina

We are honoured to welcome Ross & Marina to HerbFeast 2026 — growers, herbalists, teachers, and long-time stewards of medicinal plants in Ireland.

Founders of the Irish Herb Dispensary and organisers of HerbFeast 2018 & 2019, they have spent over 15 years cultivating rare and native medicinal plants, supplying herbalists nationwide, and teaching hands-on plant medicine skills.

At HerbFeast, Ross will teach sustainable methods of growing medicinal plants, while Marina will guide botanical drawing sessions, weaving together practical cultivation with creative connection.

Now based at Ivywood in Co. Clare, they continue their work through growing, clinical practice, education, and medicinal mushroom cultivation — nurturing deep relationships between people, plants, and place. You can learn more about their work and the conference at our website [Herbfeast.ie].

✨ Our 2026 Venue: Bellurgan Park ✨

HerbFeast 2026 takes place at Bellurgan Park, a stunning 18th-century estate nestled between Dublin and Belfast, offering the perfect setting for a day of learning, connection, and immersion in nature.

Bellurgan Park House sits beneath the Hill of Ochaine, where the legendary Irish hero Cú Chulainn once stood watch during the epic tale of the Táin Bó Cuailnge (The Cattle Raid of Cooley). Today, this sacred landscape is home to over 200 acres of native deciduous woodland, with winding forest paths, a tranquil lake, ancient stone archways, and breathtaking views stretching all the way to the sea.

Bellurgan Park isn’t just a venue — it’s a vibrant ecosystem, rich with wild plants, history, and hidden treasures, offering a deeply inspiring backdrop for learning, reflection, and connection with the natural world.

🌿 We can’t wait to gather with you here.
