2 big festivals happening in Cullohill this weekend.

Castleview Open Farm have their Fields of Fun Festival running all through the bank holiday weekend.

The Folly have a superb line up of daytime events planned for today Saturday between 11.30pm-4pm, followed by 2 evenings of superb music with doors opening at 6pm on Saturday and 4pm on Sunday.

Local Volunteers Required

The Folly Festival is fast approaching and like all good community events, it needs volunteers to run smoothly.

If you can volunteer some time to help there will be an information evening in Cullohill Community Centre this evening Wednesday 15th at 8pm.

Congratulations to Emmanuel Collins Begadon and MJ Muldowney on receiving Heroes Awards from the Irish Heart Foundation for their incredible bravery and remarkable response which saved their friends life.

Amazing: Two Laois teens have been recognised for saving the life of their fellow classmate, quickly performing CPR on the student who had gotten into trouble while swimming 👏
