Comhaltas na Mi Members of Comhaltas Meath have a passion for Traditional Irish Music and the spirit to carry the tradition alive in music, song, dance, and storytelling.

We host Traditional Irish Music Sessions on a regular basis & hold classes for Adults & Children. Comhaltas Ceoltoiri Eireann is the largest group involved in the preservation and promotion of Irish Traditional Music. Comhaltas is a not for profit cultural movement with branches all over the world. We hold music, dance and language classes nationwide. About Comhaltas Na Mi:

We’re almost set!

Trim Tourism Network Presents , in partnership with Race Around Ireland , the 2nd annual Trim Salmon of Knowledge Festival.

The festival is a FREE festival of music, dramatic performances incorporating the mythical story of the Salmon of Knowledge from the River Boyne, arts/crafts, culture, art workshops, children’s entertainment, Boyne Valley Food producers and so much more.

The event is funded by sponsorship, (main sponsor for 2018 is Trim Branch - Drogheda Credit Union) , business sponsorship , local fundraising, local representatives, Meath County Council, Failte Ireland and Discover Boyne Valley and is supported by the organising committee, local groups/clubs/societies, businesses, volunteers, the OPW, local representatives, Meath County Council, Boyne Valley Tourism and /Ireland's Ancient East / Failte Ireland.

Thank you for all your support , without our great community this event would not happen.

The Biggest Fleadh on the Island of Ireland is on in Drogheda from August 12 - 19 & you can join our local Comhaltas Navan for some Traditional Irish Music & BBQ on Saturday August 11 at 7 pm to get in the spirit .. plus all week we have events on .
