Downings looks CLASS! Well done to all who went green.
I have shared the page with Failte Ireland and I hope they share far and wide.
If our efforts are anything to go by then our first parade should be a great success!
Please come out and support tomorrow.
We are leaving McNutts car park at 6pm and the parade will make it's way through Downings to the GAA.
I have seen some of the work and floats and am really impressed.
Finally - WELL DONE Downings Tidy Towns and all of the people who came together for the meetings and came up with so many great ideas and were so enthusiastic and supportive.
I hope it is the great success the village deserves!

The Beach Hotel - Live music (Details to follow)
The Downings Bay - 10:30pm Humble Earthworms followed by late night disco
The Harbour Bar - Trad music from 9pm
The Singing Pub - Trad music from 6:30pm - 9:30pm
The Tramore Inn - Richard Gilpin from 6:30pm

Lots of places to eat, drink and enjoy the celebrations!

The signs are up and the float building is underway!
There will be live music in ALL of the Downings bars that evening.
Downings will be THE place to be on St Patricks night - Join us for the parade from 6pm onwards!
