Pauline is an experienced teacher who is committed to developing Rossmore speech and Drama school into a best practice model. She has completed examinations including the associate and Licentiate diplomas at the Leinster school of Music and Drama in Dublin. She has a primary degree in nursing and completed a Masters in Drama at QUB.

Her dissertation was on Education and the Primary School Curriculum. Her research included learning methods and approaches in the classroom, the ways in which children learn and an in depth look at the present primary school curriculum and the role of drama in the learning process. She has always had an interest in education and childhood development. She continuously assesses her own teaching practices and strives for improvement as she plans implements and evaluates teaching strategies and class lessons.
