The Mount Temple Drama Group had its highly successful workshop today, with the esteemed Padraic McIntyre, all the way from Baileborough, Co. Cavan.
It was an immense day of acting, exercises, stretching, reading scripts, interpretation and was enjoyed by all participants. We would like to thank everyone who participated in today's workshop, it was so exciting for our group to host something of this scale and everyone left with a great sense of accomplishment and energy.
We would like to thank Padraic for this energetic day and for instilling some new techniques and tips in us.
We would like to thanks the Mount Temple Hall for hosting us, and for all their help accommodating us for our meetings and rehearsal throughout the year.
We would like to thank Shelly from the Motte and Bailey, Mount Temple for the savoury food for our break (interval in theatre terms😀).
Special thanks to the committee members for making such a day possible, especially our secretary Michelle Reynolds for organising the workshop and Padraic and the food. Our Treasurer, Mary Martin for taking the registration on the day, and our assistant secretary, Roisín Allen for her help with all the cups of tea/biscuits and keeping the kitchen in pristine condition 😊
