Little Explorers Ireland Baby Development Sensory classes in Mayo, created and taught by Child Psychotherapist and play specialist.

Each part of the class is created to promote development, encouraging nurturing bond and most importantly FUN for baby and parent! 😍 Little Explorers Sensory is designed to entertain, engage and provide nurturing moments during infancy. Little Explorers Baby Development Sensory class include 0- 12 months.

Kilmovee Swimming Pool committee recently held their AGM, but unfortunately attendance was very low, and we were just about able to appoint a committee.

We need more volunteers to come on-board to co-ordinate swimming lessons, and also to organise fundraising initiatives for the pool.

If these roles cannot be filled, then we will have no choice but to cancel any plans to offer lessons this year, and if we do not generate enough funding, we may not be able to open this Summer.

An Emergency Meeting will be held on Monday 24th February at 8pm in the Thatch Cottage, Kilmovee Community Centre.

We are pleading to people to come to the meeting, learn about what’s involved and join the team of volunteers fighting to keep the pool open.

Our Story

Little Explorers is a full spectrum activity service for babies and children, from newborn to 18 years. We run multiple classes across connacht which include Baby Sensory which is designed to stimulate, educate and provide precious memories during the all-important first years of life. Baby Massage which is a magical bonding and nurturing course which teachers the parent how to massage their children and reduce ailments as well as increase sleep, reduce crying.

Kids yoga encompasses parent and toddler yoga which is a bonding, dynamic and fun class where you go on magical yoga adventures and move your body in a way that feels good. Mini’s Yoga 4-6 years is when children really can benefit from everything yoga has to offer including mindfulness, meditation as well as fantastic yoga fun. Midi’s Yoga 7-10 years is great for children who really are starting to get a handle on how our world works and how we can positively impact the world through our actions, we do a lot of partner yoga promoting the importance of touch and trust. New Terms starting this August”
