In Bloom is a Nirvana tribute band formed in 2015, comprised of four passionate musicians who share a deep love for the iconic grunge rockers. Led by lead singer and guitarist Stephen, together with lead guitarist Deco, bassist Charlie and drummer Niall, In Bloom brings the energy and passion of Nirvana's music to life once again. Their live shows are a must-see for any fan of grunge rock, as they pay homage to the band's legacy and cultural impact, capturing the raw emotion and energy that made Nirvana one of the most iconic and influential bands of their time.
Aoife Hammond is a singer, composer and multi-instrumentalist based in Leitrim. She currently plays with bands Extravision and Surge. Current collaborative projects include Goltraí, Geantraí, Suantraí, an exploration of women's voices in traditional music presented at the Dock, Carrick-on-Shannon; and ‘Songs of Grief and Death’ performed at the Hawkswell and Hyde Bridge Gallery, Sligo. Since 2020 Aoife has been working as a solo artist composing original electronic and acoustic scores using synths, bouzouki, guitars, mandolin and vocals, in response to folk stories, traditional song and experimental video.
Cian Rock is a young singer/songwriter from Kiltyclogher, Co, Leitrim. From as young as 10 years old Cian always fancied himself as a writer. He began creating and performing original songs with his unique finger picking style. In his early days he fell in love with old blues music like Muddy Waters, Robert Johnson and Jimmy Hendrix. However his influences progressed to more alternative artists such as David Bowie, Mick Flannery, Alt J, Bombay Bicycle Club and The Arctic monkeys. Today his music can be described as alternative indie/folk/rap/rock and creates raw and honest lyrics often talking about governmental, societal and introspective matters.
