Longford County Council wishes to appoint an experienced coordinator to design, produce, co‑ordinate and deliver a coherent Culture Night Late programme as part of the Night‑Time Economy, animating Longford Town from 6.00pm on Friday 18 September 2026.
The programme will create a connected trail of cultural events that encourages movement through the town after dark, offering an accessible, inclusive and enjoyable night-time experience for children, young people, adults and older people.
The appointed contractor will have overall responsibility for concept development, programming, production, artist and supplier management, health and safety co‑ordination, stewarding, marketing support, stakeholder liaison, event delivery and post‑event reporting, working in partnership with Longford County Council, local venues, community groups, cultural organisations and businesses to support the aims of Culture Night/Oíche Chultúir and the Night‑Time Economy.
