Ballybunion Castle
Wearable Original Micro Mosaic Landscape

Hand-set in sterling silver, this micro mosaic captures the castle in hundreds of individually placed glass tesserae, each one cut and set by hand. At just 2.6cm x 4cm, it's the most challenging piece I've created in a long time.

This is a true one-of-a-kind, original piece of wearable art, and a collector's piece, made to be worn close and passed down.

It sold right away from my work in progress post. Thanks to everyone who sent messages ❤️

This could be the most challenging and one of the tiniest local landscapes I’ve ever worked on! It measures just 2.6cm x 4cm and is made with what feels like hundreds of tiny pieces of Italian glass, each one carefully selected and hand-cut to create this miniature mosaic.

This is a work-in-progress picture from earlier today. After a long and concentrated day in my studio, I finally finished the piece at around 9pm!

I’ll share the finished, Ballybunion Castle, sterling silver pendant tomorrow.

I hope this collection captures something of the spirit and magic of the Kerry coastline. A remarkable place I’m lucky to call home.
A piece of art can hold a memory of a special time and place, and a limited edition print is a beautiful way to bring that memory home, whether it’s a place you’ve visited, a favourite corner of Kerry, or somewhere that holds special meaning.
Each print is produced using the finest archival materials and is individually hand-signed and numbered by me.
